The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was also surprisingly spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is in desperate need of some renovations. The carpets were stained and the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

The hotel itself was ok , but the area was not very nice and was a little bit daunting and dangerous especially going back to the hotel at the night time .

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, although not in the safest neighborhood, was convenient, as it was not far from the Exhibition Centre in Villepinte. It was also easily accessible on the RER B from the Exhibition Centre. The staff were lovely and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. a great experience.

Good sized hypermarket nearby and direct train access to Paris are the best aspects of this hotel. , the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel needs refurbishment and the rooms are old and tired. The bathrooms are not clean, and the whole place smells bad.

Location is ok, quite close to RER station and carrefour is just across the street. Staffs are helpful, they changed my room immediately after complaining there's bad smell.

Neighbourhood is really ghetto. Shower is miserably weak, it takes forever to wash my hair. One closet door is missing and lack of room amendities. Suggest to stay near CDG airport for a better environment with similar price.

the location isn't great, kinda seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. I was just staying overnight for the airport. There is a train station nearby which would be a advisable to use since a taxi from the ariport cost me 30 euro

Hotel is not far from RER B and Carrefour and the room is O.K.

I don't like the circumstance because I had to walk pass the park to RER. There were many scary people stared at me.

The quality for the price paid was poor. In a not in a nice part of town, but close to the Sevran train station. It was close (2 train stops to the Paris Nord Villpinte Convention center for sial. I would not stay here in the future.

The shower. Front desk staff very helpful and called for a cab.

The poor quality of the mattress that sank towards the middle and offered no back support. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and so we had the window open to air out the room but the hotel is in a very noisy location.
